At the core of every IOMI FootNurse Diabetic Walker sock is our remarkable Easy-Stretch™️ top, which gently contours to the natural shape of your legs. Our unique extra-wide construction offers a wide stretch from the very top of each sock down to the ankle to ease pressure, promote better circulation and prevent constriction hotspots, pinching and the unpleasant and often painful compression marks typically associated with regular socks.

Smooth hand-linked toe seams not only reduce irritation but also minimise internal chaffing to help eliminate the risk of blisters and cuts that can be more problematic for people living with diabetes.

Made with a select blend of soft-touch Merino wool that makes the perfect material for walking socks. Merino wool is famous for next-to-skin softness and high levels of elasticity. Its naturally breathable fibres promote better moisture management to keep feet drier, while its active properties respond to and regulate changes in temperature to help keep your feet warm when it’s cold and cooler when the weather’s hot. Unlike many other yarns, Merino wool can absorb large amounts of moisture vapour to move sweat away from your skin. It can even help repel and manage unpleasant odours.

As well as offering comfort, walking socks need to be tough – and we haven’t compromised on durability. IOMI FootNurse Diabetic Walker sock feature a reinforced heel and toe and rate highly in laboratory abrasion tests.

These IOMI FootNurse foot Diabetic Walker socks are made in standard crew length. This means they will pull up midway between the ankle and calf for most people.

These are the most comfortable walking socks I own. They are not cheap, in fact rather expensive but worth it. Almost gave it 4 stars, but they are comfortable
